As a Client Services Representative you will play a key role in helping students successfully navigate the administrative side of the College. As the first Bow Valley College contact for our clients your professional and friendly manner will ensure that our applicants and students are excited about their educational choice.
In this role we are looking for individuals who have an ability to listen to and understand students’ needs and offer appropriate solutions or explain next steps in order to help them be successful in their studies at BVC. Your previous experience actively assisting customers and providing information, will allow you to transition easily into this role. A strong knowledge of Microsoft Office programs will enhance your ability to learn our student information system.
Job Requirements
- Post-Secondary Certificate (minimum)
- At least one year of exceptional customer service experience in a fast-paced environment
- Strong knowledge of MS Office suite
- Previous experience with a Student Information System would be an asset.
Salary: $3,451.00 to $4,348.00 per month.
Closing Date: Thursday November 1, 2012 at noon
Note: We will be filling two positions through this competition. One is a full-time continuous position and the other is a one-year full-time temporary position.
